We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Customers MUST notify the store right away after they receive the package and wish to return them.
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
We don’t accept cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can’t accept returns for:
1) Custom or personalized orders
2) Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items are damaged or not in 100% condition
(This means the item has to have our brand’s paper tag attached and in our original zip lock bag)
3. Items have been washed/worn
4. Items were bought under Clearance Sales section or with promo/discount codes or gift cards won from giveaways/challenges (not bought full price)
Please note that we are not responsible for lost items so it is strongly recommended that you ship your return items back to us with tracking numbers and insurance.
